How to grey out the context segment in an extensible flexfield page without disabling it

Summary:

Ask is to grey out a field in an extensible flexfield (see attached photo) without disabling them using page composer. Client wants it to be viewable in the page but not editable.

Content (required):

As highlighted in the attachment, the field for VAC refresher is needed to be greyed out but not disabled so it can still be viewed by the user.
