Gmail account suppliers are not receiving the Separate remittance advice

The Separate remittance advice is sent to the suppliers automatically by the system. However, the suppliers with office email addresses are receiving the email.

But Gmail accounts are not being received. The SRA program is completed successfully but the email is not sending to Gmail accounts. We check spam folders as well but no luck.

What could be the issue?
