Cost Center in Positions Query

We are having issues on reporting our Cost Centers when we add in any employee data in otbi.

We work of positions

I raised this query within the OTBI team yesterday and they advised that they think: I don't believe you have cost centers defined for your positions.

Now when i look in Costing of Positions i can see "Position" and also "Code" and these fields have data in (see attached)

Am i looking in the right place?, and if i am is there any documentation i can review that advises on how to fix this. or is there a process that needs to be run.
