Can you "refresh" the posting date of pipeline requisitions on an external career site (Indeed)?

We would like to see whether there is a way to refresh pipeline requisitions so they appear to be new on external job boards. Our pipelines can be open for 6 months plus, but we don't want them to show to be that old.

For example, if we are hiring for a Registered Nurse, we will post one pipeline requisition to a career site on 1/15/23. But, we could have multiple standard requisitions linked to that pipeline. We would like the posting date to update whenever a new standard requisition is created/opened for that pipeline. So, if we have a new standard requisition created on 8/15/23 for that pipeline, we would like the posting date to show as 8/15/23 for that external career site posting to help candidates ensure the job posting is not "stale".
