Store children information in oracle cloud.

Summary:

Client wants to store children information into the system for different allowance exoenses(education allowance).

In HCM we can store children information in "Family and Emergency Contacts" when we do so, a person record(person number) is getting created for that child.

Client requirement is that when we store the children details in the system no person number should be created.

It would be a great help if someone guide us on this.
