Is there any way to handle workflow Email Notification module wise?

Summary:

In the BPM Worklist ->Administration->Notification Mode -> set to "ALL" from "Inapp". The notification is currently triggered to all the modules. We have business requirement to send only Core HR related email notification(like Promote, Change Manager ,Etc). Client doesn't want to see notifications from T & L.

Is there any way to handle this?
