I would like to configure the approval rules to receive only FYI notification.

I would like to configure the approval rules for the add pending worker flow to receive only FYI notification by mail.

We tried to do as follows:

But in this way we receive 2 notification: FYI and APPROVED. How can we configure this flow to receive only FYI notification?

And it is possible to know which template is used for this approval flow?
