How to edit the create a candidate page for agents

Summary:

We recently started using the agency portal. In all my testing in one of our test systems, when logged in as the agent, the candidate's first and last name, and email are all required. However now that it's in production, the email is not required when the agent logs in to create a candidate.

I've searched the rules in HCM Experience Design Studio and can't find anything that will change that or anything that is set up in one test system and not the other. I also noticed there is an extra field for source on the create a candidate page in production. It's not showing on the one in test and I'd like to remove that as well.
