Voluntary Self Identification Questions Application in Secondary Flow

For business reasons, some of our candidates are not applying directly in the job application (Recruiter adds them to req), but then the candidate comes to the office and after the offer is accepted we ask them to complete certain data in the secondary flow (Request more information)

Is there a way to include voluntary self-identification blocks in both the job application and the Secondary flows?
