Under the Manager’s My Team Learning, all reports was available

Summary:

We found that under the Manager’s My Team Learning, both direct reports and all reports was available (see screenshots below). With all reports, Joanne is able to see all the employees in the company. Should this not be restricted to Joanne’s team only?
