Unable to hide a DFF column from employment section while updating employee and contingent worker

Summary

A DFF column enabled with PER_ASG Descriptive Flexfield for a non worker and enabled at employment section, this has to be hided from Hire an Employee and Contingent workers UI.

This has been disabled while hiring an Employee and add a Contingent Worker UIs. But still showing while update/correct an employee and contingent worker. Unable to find the correct Action in HCM Experience Design Studio.
