Loading costed, but not accounted transactions - without calling accounting rules

Summary:

Is it possible to load transactions from a third party source, where we provide the account string and Projects will perform accounting to GL using these accounts. Accounting rules must NOT be called as they will overwrite the provided accounting strings.
