Any Tips and Tricks for implementing 'Interviews' and the integration with Microsoft?

Summary:

Hi - We are looking to implement 'Interviews' and also implement the integration with Microsoft. We went live with ORC in the beginning of last year, 2022, but since the integration with Microsoft was not available then we decided to not use the Interview functionality right away. Now we are looking to implement both. Wondering if anyone implemented Interviews AFTER going live with ORC and/or did the Microsoft integration? If you have any tips or documentation that helped you, please share!! I am not finding much documentation for turning on Interviews in general.
