EL Expression needed to make Salary Basis read-only

Summary:

Hi, I am trying to make Salary Basis a read-only field as it is auto populated from the position selected previously. When I go to Page Composer and select Structure or Select, there is no check box to make the field read only. Can someone please help with building an EL expression to make the field read only?
