Approval fails when employee tries to add National Identifier

Summary:

When an employee tries to add Social Security Number, the approval is failing. We have designed the rule wherein, the employee belonging to a Corporate or Non Corporate Business Unit, based on that, the approval should go to HR Specialist. But, approval keeps on failing.
