Hi,

When we search for a person in global search, we get the arrow to display actions that can be performed for that particular person. In these actions, we see Hire an Employee and Add Contingent Worker as well.

These are not actions which can be performed on a specific person (like transfer, promote etc).

Why are these actions (Employee and Add Contingent Worker) present there? Is it a bug?
