How to handle Material Compliance process for an item and its underneath BOM Comp in Oracle Cloud ?

Summary:

1. We would like to know the process in which Oracle provides the provision for verification of status of Compliance for any item and roll up to derive parent items whether it is Compliant based on its components available in EBOM are compliant.

2. We want to know how can we initiate material complaint declarations workflow to Manufactures for getting acknowledgment that item is complaint with RoHS/REACH.

3. Process involved to roll up the complaint declaration information to MPN (Manufacturer Part Number).

4. Process involved to derive Parent Item if it is Complaint like any system level configurations can be in place to define as Best Case/Worst Case.
