unable to publish the sandbox

Hi Team,

We are getting below error message while trying to publish a sandbox in one of the instance. Have you experienced this issue earlier if so, what's the solution for this.

You can't publish this sandbox because either it was created as an unpublishable one, or a migration set was applied to this environment.
