Summary:

We are fairly new to OTBI (just implemented HCM) and struggling a bit with how to best govern scheduling, enhance performance of OTBI reports which at this time are quite poor, how to enhance the experience while in the reports (filtering, navigation, etc..), and want to know how some have overcome a few other items. We are doing a lot in this tool, so happy to share how we are using it as well, but looking for a few fellow organization community members to collaborate with.
