manager level lookup value is not showing in the job management level dropdown

Created a new manager level lookup in Setup and Maintenance, under Manage Job Lookups, Lookup Type = MANAGER_LEVEL

But this manager level lookup value is not showing in the job management level dropdown while creating a new job.

It has been more than 4 hrs now. The lookup value is enabled and there is no end date.

Is there any jobs need to be run or any other process that needed to show this value in the dropdown?
