Hi Team,

We have a client which has 2 business unit and they do not want to see each other candidates. Hence we want the recruiters to see the internal candidates based on BU and external candidates based on Recruiting Type as we have created separate recruiting type for them.

I had initially created 2 security profiles - one for each business unit and secured it by BU and Rec Type, hence when the data role is assigned to someone I was able to view internal candidates who has applied to jobs for the specific recruiting type. (Note: if only BU is used then all internal candidates related to BU is retrived)
