How to remove the duplicate LOVs in recruiter and hiring manager field?

Hi!

When we create/complete a requisition, the list of values in the Hiring Manager and Recruiter field seems to be duplicated; meaning, the names of the hiring manager and recruiter appear twice:

Hiring Manager Field:

Recruiter field:

Note: Boxed in colors are the same person. Yellow is sample person 1 and green is sample person 2.

How do we remove the duplicate LOV for these fields?

Current version used is 23B.
