To update the default value in a seeded oracle feild in the disability region

Summary:

Hi, is it possible to update a default LOV in a seeded oracle field (titled category) in the disability region. Its currently selected as ‘No Disability’ where we want it to say, ‘select a value’. This is causing some data discrepancies between ‘do you have a disability’ and ‘category field’. FYI we have updated the field to include some of own LOVs. Thanks Amit
