Unable to login to OIC 3 instance with OCI admin credentials

Summary:

Hi Experts

If I try to launch the OIC 3 instance form the developer services then I'll be able to launch the oic 3 instance successfully but When I try to copy paste the OIC service url to browser and login by providing the credentials I'll see below error as in screenshot, how to avoid this? I want to sign in to OIC instance directly instead of every time going in to OCI console.


NOTE: user what I'm using is a admin user and has control over all the resources in the tenancy and all access in OIC 3 as well
