How to update the assignment data after or during the changeLegalEmployer REST API call

Summary:

POST REST API on ChangeLegalEmployer does not have assignment data as part of the payload. Thus when issued Assignment Data of the new work relationship on the Global Transfer is blank.

It seems that the ChangeLegalEmployer REST API does not allow you to include assignment data in the json payload. Then the response we get from the REST Call is just the new Assignment Number and not the new PeriodofServiceID

How do we then update the assignment of the new created work relationship?
