AP users have functionality to override hold for ordered & receipts hold.

AP users have functionality to override hold for ordered & receipts hold.

Currently AP user are able to over ride the hold "Billed quantity exceeds ordered quantity", if there is any option to remove this access from AP user?

Can we make this access disabled or enabled based on any role or data access? or by any lookup's?
