Need to start using COA future segment, but current max lenght is small and needs to be extended

Content (required):

We have a Chart of Account containing in total 8 segments. 5 segments in use and 3 future segments. All 3 future segments have max length 6.

We need to start using one of the future segments, but the segment max length needs to be expanded from 6 to 12.
