"Selected Performance Goals Report" does not display the correct goal plan end date

Summary:

I believe there may be a bug with this report, where the SQL is selecting the wrong Goal Plan End Date. While the OTBI subject areas (i.e. Workforce Goals - Goal Plan Assignments RT) return the correct End Date, the SQL report still returns the old (corrected) goal plan date.

Content (required):

First, the discrepancy with the Goal Plan End Dates is related to a mistake when setting up the current year goal plans. A wrong date was used and it had to be corrected. That was done by correcting the Goal Plan details (no other changes/corrections were made). After the correction was made, the new end date (12/31/2023) is displaying correctly on line and in other OTBI reports.
