Ability to choose when candidates are dispositioned for Auto-Fill

Is there a way to set a requisition to auto-fill while giving recruiters that ability to choose if the candidates are dispositioned ?

Would like the ability for the reqs to be auto-filled yet give the recruiters the option to not "auto-reject" the candidates. Allowing for it to be done at a later time
