Jobs not posting on external site

Summary:

The job requisitions are suddenly not posting on our external career site. I tried running the 'Maintain Candidates and Job Requisitions for Search' to see if that would fix the issue but the process comes back with a status of blocked. Why? How do I get our jobs to post to the external career site?
