Is it possible to add Worker Category to Area of Responsibility template?

Summary:

We'd like to know if it's possible to add the Worker Category to the Area of Responsibility template so we can restrict on the categories Graduates and Apprentices.

Content (required):

Documentation points to task 'Manage Responsibility Template' but I am unable to find this or any other template in relation to the Area of Responsibility which might allow us to configure it.
