User can't withdraw failed transaction in BPM worklist

Hello.

This user submitted a change in personal information: name transaction but it failed. Now he wants to withdraw it, but this not available in the Personal Detail page, as well as he can't see it in the Worklist.

How can we enable Withdraw from the Person Details Page as well as in the BPM Worklist?
