Need to Convert PDF from word and merging more than one PDF documents

Hi,

we are planning to use BI Publisher of Oracle analytics cloud to print customer invoice out of a custom tool being developed in VBCS.

we have a requirement where the attachments uploaded at the tool to be merged with output of the invoice generated by BI publisher and have a single document.

we would like to know if such merging capability are available within the OAC so that we can utilize it for our requirement or any other options available within oracle for such merging of PDF's

Please help with this as we couldn't find from the public forum
