Summary:

  1. We have a subject area "Article Summary Historical Subject Area" in that we are looking at a attribute "Article View" where it related to the number of times users viewed the article. We want to know is there any way to differentiate the count between the employee and service desk agent in user group.
  2.  we want to know is there any attribute which store the count for number of times users viewed article category.
