In the person name fields like first name , last name , we want the text to be converted as INIT CAP

We have a requirement to make the first name , last name and all other name related fields as INIT CAPS. That is if user enter value as "james" then system should consider the value automatically as "James"

Is there anyway by which we can achieve this in HCM?
