CCC Hide/Display hyperlink in Act as proxy page according to plan name

For example in the act as proxy page, I have 2 plans. Plan A and Plan B.

And in the act as poxy page, using page composer I added 2 hyperlinks. Hyperlink A and Hyperlink B.

Currently in when I choose either plan A or plan B, i can view both hyperlinks.

My requirement is that Plan A should be able to view only Hyperlink A and Plan B should be able to view only Hyperlink B.

The restriction is by the plan name.

How is this possible?


Navigation is My clients Group > Compensation> Act as a proxy manager.
