Personalize 'Primary' Option under Contact Info - Email Details as Read-only for Employee only.

We are trying to make the Primary option as Read only for Employee in ESS screen i.e., Me -> Contact Info -> Email details.

But it is also reflecting in Manager, HR RUI Contact Info screens. This change is only required in ESS screen so that Employee cannot update their email as primary while adding/editing.

We tried to use some El expressions but they are not working as per requirement.

Please suggest an option to achieve this using EL expressions.
