Approval Notification not going to all representative.

Hi Team,


We have configured a Approval based on leave type.

First its Line Manager and then HR Representative.


But after manager approves, it goes to only one approver among 10 people we have set.


If I set the parallel rule on, even manager is included in that list but ideally it should be the manager first and then paralelly route to representatives.


How do we acheive this.
