Change Business Unit field in the "How" section when creating a requisition to the Department field?

Summary: We're getting a lot of concern over hiring managers not understanding which business unit to select when creating a requisition. The field is presented in the "How" section and is required. Our hiring managers understand which department but not necessarily the BU or LE.

Is it possible to change Business Unit field in the "How" section when creating a requisition to the Department field instead?
