Employee hired as Contractor in error
We have persons that have been hired as Contractors instead of Employees. What is the best way to correct this? We have tried 'reversing' the Contractor hire by following the following steps:
Cancel Contractor work relationship
Reverse Termination Pending Worker
Cancel Work Relationship Pending Worker
Run scheduled process Complete the Recruiting Process
Manage Job Offers - Return to Manual Processing
Manage Job Offers - Redraft Job Offer
Edit Offer - Change Worker Type
These steps have proven difficult. Is there a better way? Should we just terminate the Contractor work relationship and hire as an Employee? Looking for advice.
