Rating model responses not pulling through when loading Question using a spreadsheet loader template

Summary:

I have created a spreadsheet loader template to upload questions into the Question Library for use in HR Checklists. I have created a profile rating model for the single choice questions.

When uploading the questions using spreadsheet loader, the question is created successfully with the required rating model, but the rating model responses are not pulled through. If I create the question manually using the rating model the responses are pulled through automatically.

Can anyone provide guidance on this issue - thanks
