AOR's in dev3 instance is not triggering any approvals or FYI's in the workflows.

Content (required):

We have used representatives as approvers and FYI's mostly to our workflows. Suddenly, the AOR's stopped taking notifications (both as approvals and FYI's). I have cross verified the rule and it is working when I use Self auto approval and Approval groups. Does anyone gone through this issue. If yes, please help.
