Approval Expire Notification

Hi Experts ,

Is there any way to get the approval expire notification (either bell icon or mail) in Fusion ? Currently I don't see approval expire notification being triggered when learner requested for a course and request was not approved in given interval of time.

Please suggest some way to achieve it.
