How to show the "Note to Respondents" in the Interview Feedback Request Notification?

Summary:

When creating the collect feedback form, we included a text in the textbox for "Note to Respondents" but it is not showing anywhere in the interview feedback request notification or in the form.

According to Oracle docs, $FeedbackRequestNoteToRespondents token is not supported anymore.

How do we show the notes in the notification? Is there a replacement for the token mentioned above?
