Approval Flow should be visible on responsive UI page

Summary: The client wants to show the user the approval flow for their request when they request enrollment in a course.

Please refer to attachment where currently the notification only shows that the approval is pending in both me page and worklist bell notification.

We need to show the approval flow in either of the places to the user so they can be informed with whom the approval is pending.
