How to create a human resources specialist role that can only manage absence screens ?

Summary:

There is a need for a human resources specialist role to manage the absence of employees in designated legal employers only. 

I created a new role and added the following roles to this role. My Client Group tab and the desired screen comes up, but when you want to access these screens, an error is received as follows. I wonder what I am doing wrong / missing
