Recruiter accidentally created offer - need sent to manager

Summary:

My recruiter accidentally clicked on create job offer in requisition for an applicant and it withdrew the application. Instead, if should have been placed in Hiring Manager Review. We are unable to change the status for the applicant.

Once the offer was created, we are unable to send the applicant to the hiring manager or find a way to reverse the creation of the job offer. Is there a workaround for this, or a way to reverse the creation of the offer?
