Can a warning message be displayed when Recommend to Rehire is set to no?

On the Termination screen, under the Termination Info section, there is a field known as Recommended for Rehire.

On the Hire an Employee screen, when the duplicate check functionality is being triggered, there is the possibility to rehire an existing employee.

If the person selected had the Recommended for Rehire set to no previously on the Termination screen, we would like to trigger a warning message before moving on the Rehire Screen.

Is this implementation feasible?
