Reduce clicks in Claim Approve and Submit

Summary:

Our HRBP's and HRIS teams process a large volume of Workflow transactions and would like to reduce the number of clicks required to complete the approval of transactions.

Content (required):

They are currently peforming three actions for transactions: Claim -> Approve -> Submit

They are looking to eliminate one click for HCM transactions, such as:

{Claim & Approve} - One click to claim and approve

{Approve & Submit} - One click to Approve and Submit

Can this be done through configuration?
