I'd like for anyone who is knocked out based on their response to questions listed as KO-R to move out of my viable candidate list and into my rejected list.

I have tried a number of times to follow the Help and Forums on how to automatically move all candidates who are knocked out based on screening questions to my rejected candidates list (off of the viable list) but I still cannot figure it out. Is there anywhere which specifically shows, step-by-step all the the settings which must be followed for this automation to work?
